An evening with Butter Boy is all about Paul Flynn’s love of deliciously hearty yet deceptively simple food that everyone can cook at home. A year on from the publication of Butter Boy, a personal and witty diary of those very unusual Covid times, with over 400 recipes for all occasions. Paul will read extracts from the book and talk about 28 years of him and Máire running the Tannery restaurant. It will be a fun and unique evening.
Please note that The Tannery is unable to cater for special dietary requirements for the special dinner menu.
